Real estate is personal, and I believe you should know who is responsible for the details. I am the Broker for both the residential and commercial divisions of Coast & Country Real Estate Experts. Brokerage oversight, contracts, agent direction and professional responsibility flow through me. For my clients, that means you work directly with the person who has the authority and accountability to make decisions, solve problems and keep a transaction moving. I have worked in real estate for more than 17 years, helping people buy and sell homes, land, farms, manufactured homes and rural property across Effingham County and nearby communities. My connection to Springfield goes beyond property. I served six years on the city’s Downtown Development Board and four years on Springfield City Council. I have owned several businesses downtown and recently sold Moncrief Square, the event venue I owned on Laurel Street. I know this community from living, working and serving here—not just from looking at property records. I will tell you what I know, what we need to find out and when it is time to bring in the right inspector, lender, surveyor or other professional.
