My name is Dee Moncrief. I am a real estate professional/ Broker in the Tri-County Savannah area. I moved to Georgia in 2008, and Effingham County is where I chose to make my home. I enjoy living in my community for so many reasons, including the family oriented culture and the many places to see and visit in our area .... around here, local knowledge is everything! In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication and an attention to detail. This helps to create a positive experience for all parties; Buyers, Sellers and co-operating Agents. My approach to each transaction is "it's about the people, not the agent".
